Hello, my name is Dhaivat. I am a Full Stack Developer living in Sydney, Australia. I pursued masters in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University with specialization in Software Design and Development. In my spare time, I'm usually learning stuff and building sandbox projects to learn. Outside work, I am an aviation Enthusiast and i like spotting planes, watching movies and Listening to Music.

    September 2019 - December 2019

    Developing React Single Page Application and Components for marketing and lead generation websites (One Big Switch, FiftyUp Club and 9 Saver) and testing them using React Testing Library and Jest Framework. I also developed the REST APIs using AWS Lambda (Node Js), DynamoDB and other Microservices. Moreover, I was also responsible for refactoring and developing the current AWS Infrastructure using cloudformation templates.

    I worked in the HR Domain, our entire effort was to develop a smart hiring platform that had candidate profiles sourced from various digital Footprints like LinkedIn, Github and about.me. I was responsible for developing the User Interaction and User Experience to facilitate a smooth hiring experience for the recruiters.

  • Intern Web Developer - Kiljir Consultancy LLP

    Mar 2015 - Oct 2016

    I had been working on a Fintech company's website. The goal was to digitise the entire company's business process and to design a robust and user friendly User Experience. The project was developed using the Codeigniter (Php)/MySql for backend and Html/CSS3, Bootstrap for frontend.

The Forkify project was developed by using Webpack, babel, Javascript ES6 and Food 2 Fork API. The app let you view, shortlist and search among the thousand of recipes Available. It also lets you save receipes and update servings.
